What a Blessing...

...to focus on God's perfect love

New season: when we do not want
because His presence fills us to overflowing...
When brokenness is a blessing...
because everything works for the good of his children.

It is very easy for me to stumble by just
looking at my circumstances, actions and words.
But I shall not focus on these things but on the
power and promises of my God.

Like a newborn child learning to walk and run again
to do his will, I always find myself hitting the ground
or wall again and again. Sometimes when I reach
his presence I just wanted to run and run
and never stop until I fall flat on my knees again.
I can't explain it. Kahit itagalog ko pa sya, eh parang
mas nahihirapan lalo ako. Ano ba talaga ito?
Hindi ba pwedeng punung puno na lang palagi?
Bakit kailangang maubos ang lakas.

Bakit nauubos ang lakas? Why do we need rest?
Why not keep on working and accomplish
what we are supposed to do all at once?
Why growth takes time?

Questions, I do not care anymore.
All I know, they don't matter once
the Lord gives u a glimpse of who He is.
Who am I to question the Creator of
all things pure?

Let me just know Him
And be filled to overflowing.

But there is mighty thing when the Lord's hand
is on us. There is joy in our struggle, because we know
that our labor in the Lord is not in vain.
It may look like we are wasting away,
but we are being renewed...
day by day.

And yes the overflowing from His Word will
fill my thoughts and a time will come even
my actions. I shall not worry for he lay me
liedown on green pastures. Let not the
enemy define why my actions are such,
for the deceiver's plan is only to steal, kill
and destroy what my God
has already perfected.
